FAQ

How does NRTH work?

NRTH connects to your accountancy software, tracks a sent invoice, and automatically collects payment on the due date. You just send clients a one-time/Direct Debit link as part of onboarding - once they're signed up, everything runs on.

Is NRTH safe to use?

Yes. NRTH is FCA-regulated and bank-grade encrypted. No cards, no data risk. Just secured payments.

Can I connect my accounting software?

Yes. NRTH connects with Xero and QuickBooks to sync your invoices, payroll, and Supplier payments. We track invoices as they're issued and collect them on the due date via Direct Debit. Also syncing Payroll and Supplier runs, so you can pay everyone in bulk with a few clicks.

Who exactly is NRTH for?

NRTH is built for businesses that send invoices, run payroll, and pay suppliers. If you're tired of chasing payments, juggling bank transfers, or losing time to admin NRTH gives you control. Ideal for any business that runs on cash flow.

What happens if a payment fails?

NRTH notifies you instantly. You can choose to retry the collection, send a new payment link, or mark it manually. No money moves without your say, and everything's logged in your dashboard.

How much does NRTH cost?

NRTH charges 1% + 20p per invoice, capped at £5 for anything up to £2,000.
After that? 0.3%, 30p for every £100.
