This notice explains storage and tracking technologies on the NRTH marketing website. Cookies, local storage, pixels and similar technologies can store or access information on your device. The rules are not limited to cookies.

Your choices

Use Cookie settings to accept or reject optional categories. Optional analytics and advertising are not required to send an enquiry or follow a login link. You can change your choice later. Browser settings also let you remove previously stored cookies.

Services used on this website

The following describes the configured services and their purposes. The cookie preference panel provides the available categories and cookie details. Names and lifetimes can change with provider configuration and your choices.

• CookieYes — consent preferences: records your choice so it can be respected on later visits. Its preference cookie is called cookieyes-consent.
• HubSpot — enquiries and optional analytics: processes the details you submit through contact forms and booking tools. Its optional website tracking is controlled separately from form submission. Tracking identifiers can include hubspotutk and __hstc.
• Google Analytics — optional analytics: measures website use. Identifiers can include _ga and _ga_*. This is separate from responding to an enquiry.
• Google Ads and tags delivered through Google Tag Manager — optional advertising and measurement: measure campaigns and may recognise visits across services. Advertising identifiers can include _gcl_*. The current tag container also includes Apollo visitor tracking. The container is held until both analytics and advertising have been accepted.
• Embedded booking or support services: an external service may process device and contact information when you choose to use it. Its own notice and controls apply as well.

How information is used

Optional tracking can involve device identifiers, IP addresses, pages visited and referral information. An enquiry contains the information you choose to enter. Submitting an enquiry is not consent to optional advertising tracking. Read our Privacy Policy for personal-data information.

Changing or withdrawing a choice

Open Cookie settings to change your categories. Withdrawing an optional category stops it being loaded on subsequent page loads. Cookies already stored may need to be removed through your browser settings. Withdrawal does not undo processing that occurred before the change.

The NRTH app and other services

The app and external booking or support pages have their own service context and controls. Local storage is not exempt merely because it is not a cookie. Review the notices displayed in those services before using them.
